"Our son (9 years old) spent a week at the Togo week at Charlotte Day Camp. Over the week, we watched him go from "Can't I just stay home?" to "Let's go to camp!" He enjoyed the various activities and learned a lot about the African culture. I was happy to see the friendships that he made during the week. The leaders were very upbeat and kept us very informed about all the activity. We can't wait for him to attend another camp and learn about another culture."
"With this camp being 9am – 5pm, I was a bit apprehensive about sending my 5 year old for the long day, but he did great and seemed to really enjoy the teachers, other kids and activities. We had a great experience and are considering coming back soon for another week!"
"I was very surprised and please to see a summer day camp that offered a cultural twist. Our family is involved with people from all over the world and this has been a terrific way to expose my daughter to even more variety. My daughter has already asked to come back for another week of camp "to know another country!"
"My daughter so enjoyed her time spent at Charlotte Day Camp. She was one of the younger campers at 5yrs old - and it was her first camp experience. She loved it, and learned so much about various countries around the world. She still talks about the field trip to Pura Vida, and some of the games and crafts they did. She is excited that she may be able to take part in this camp again."
